I guess this is growing up:

I need to visit a place like this one day before I die. I can’t possibly keep living life as if places like these only exist in books and movies. I need to get out and experience as much life as I can. Now. While I’m still young because if nothing else, I have that. I may not be highly intelligent, or unbelievably gorgeous or particularly thin but young? That, I have down. I’m good at being young. It’s easy and fun and people who are older will always secretly be jealous because that’s the one thing they can never have, no matter how much they want it. Just as I’m secretly jealous of children who are so blissfully young and innocent to reality. To them, a place like this might even be considered magical. To me, it just reminds me that I’ve been nowhere and seen nothing.
